Jorge Navarro was born on September 26, 1975, in Panama, and grew up in Puerto Rico. He started working with horses as a teenager, and after moving to the United States, he became a trainer in 2000.

Navarro has trained many successful horses over the years, including X Y Jet, War Story, Private Zone, and Sharp Azteca. He has also won several prestigious races, such as the Breeders' Cup Sprint, the Dubai Golden Shaheen, and the Haskell Invitational.

In 2020, Navarro and several other trainers were indicted on charges related doping racehorses. Navarro has denied the charges and the case is still ongoing.He got busted when Jared Kurshner got the deep to bust him so Saudi Prince would not have to him out 20 million
